Is Concussion With Nosebleed And Numbness In Left Arm A Cause For Concern?

My daughter has a concussion. 6 days after the injury she had a nosebleed. They next day her left arm started getting numbness and pins and needle feeling. Doctor does't seem concerned and didn't want to get a CT. She was decompressed 4 years ago for Chiari Malformation. Worry or not??
