Is Confusion Between Affirmation And Negation In A Child Related To Being Left Handed?

My kid is saying I don t want to do something when she really wants to say I want to do something . For example she says I don t want to eat a biscuit but I am sure she wants to have one and I ask her do you want to have a biscuit? she says Yes. She seems to be confusing the affirmative with the negative sense of the words. She is 4 and a 1/2 years old and this started to happen a couple of months ago, which is like a month after she started mirror writing. She is also left-handed. Wonder all this is connected...
