Is Constant White Creamy Discharge With Tinge Of Brown Concerning?

hi there, i have had discharge (white creamy stuff), it has been about 5 months now mabey more but lastnight i seen that it had turned a brown red colour at first i fot i was bleeding or having a perido but then i got it again today and am not sure if i should leave it to sort its self or get help?... could you please tell me some thing to get rid of this? & whats wrong with me?
