Is Constipation, Nausea And Lower Abdominal Cramping Normal While Having Stomach Flu?

i ended my period on the 18th i had sex on the morning of the 22nd the same day I caught the stomach flu, exactly one week ago from today. I have been nauseous all week, and I ve been constipated the last couple days with some lower abdomen cramping, is this normal after the stomach flu or should I be worried these are signs of pregnancy?
