Is Consuming Contraceptive Pill To Avoid Pregnancy Safe?

hey i'm wondering if you can help me, i want to go on the pill for contraception and for period reasons but my parents cannot find out as my family will get extremely mad, is there any way i can get them without having to tell them and without there permission? thanks
