Is Consumption Of Impure Water A Cause For Concern?

Hi i used the neti pot 2 days ago and it was with tap water by accident i am sick but i had it before the neti pot use i have no headache or anything but i want to make sure i will be fine also the water was from clean well water from inside the house tap faucet in westport i want to make sure ill be fine
