Is Contact Lenses Safe For Whole Day While Having Cylindrical And Spherical Power?

Hi Doc I ve cylindrical and speherical power in both eyes. I m a computer professional. Please suggest if i can use contact lenses for whole day? What is the best type of lenses / brand which I should use? Is it safe using contact lenses for whole day while working in front of computers?
