Is Continued White Discharge And Back Pain Concerning?

hi.. i need your advice on pregnancy ......... i have a problem of white discharge its almost continuous, in the sense if it is there it will keep happening for days n my lower back pains it even stops for certain time., it does increase after sex. please lemme know does it decreases my chances of getting pregnant
