Is Continuing With Pregnancy While Having High BP In 9th Week Risky?

Hello.... i am 9 week pregnant.. bug from the day one facing problem of high blood pressure... i am patient of BP b4 pragnancy.. my first pregnancy was a difficult one, twins..this is my 2nd pregnancy.. my kids ard of 16 months.. n my BP Dr. Suggested me not to continue with this pregnancy as it is risky for both of us baby n me... plz suggest whag to do
