Is Contraceptive Pill Required Even If Not Had Intercourse?

i have a problem regarding pregnancy..actually my partner and i were very close to each other..i was rubbing my penis against her stomach and suddenly i felt i was going to ejaculate..so held my penis and pulled myself aside..i hand was completely wet when i pulled off..then she touched her stomach and then her vagina..so she is scared that she may get pregnant..we are jus 20 and are scared..she wants contraceptive and stuff to b on the safer side..please help and suggest something about how to go about it..thankyou!
