Is Copper Bracelet Effective In Treatment Of Tendonitis Above Elbow?

Have had tendonitis for years just above my right elbow. Would you recommend my purchase of a copper bracelet for relief of symptoms? I understand that tendonitis can be cured through physical conditioning of the joint. Might copper help with the inflammation and pain as I go through the process until the inflammation is reduced and strength is increased enough to essentially eradicate the tendonitis?
