Is Cyst In Douglas Pouch Common?

i just went for a routine check-up with mammogram & breast ultrasound & a papsmear as well as the ultrasound of my ovaries.. was told i have a irregular shaped cyst in my douglas pouch. am to go for a pelvic ultrasound tomorrow. where is the douglas pouch? & is it common to have cyst there?
