Is Daily Dosage Of Dexa Trisortil Advisable For Pain In Ankles?

Im suffering of gout desease 5 years ago,i folowed a dexamethasone therapy then a combined therapy of colchicine and apo allopurinol and a third medicament (which decrease rhe average of cholesterol in blood) with a cholesterol and uric acid diet simultaneously with doing sport every day...i got better but when i finished the therapy the doctor advised to take permanently and daily a low dose of colchcine....but now and from about a year im taking dexa trisotril with a daily dose because im feeling pain in my ankles and the colchicin doesn t make me feel better....i cant folow the uric acid diet forever and i dont have time to work out everyday..... can i just keep taking dexa trisortil daily or its harmful Pleaze help me i dont wanna loose my liver or my kidney s
