Is Dark Brown Discharge Normal After Fitting Mirena?

Hi. I have had the mirena fitted now for a year and a half. Apart from the initial pain and bleeding i have had no problems... and no period. The last week and half i have has a dark brown discharge.. is this normal? Sometimes when i have sex this happens but only lightly for a few hours if that.. and it's more see through?
