Is Decreased Aorto-mesenteric Angle Concerning Despite Receiving Reassurance Regarding SMA Syndrome?

Hello Sir, I am from India, I recently did a CT scan with Contrast it showed decreased aorto-mesentric angle (22°) and distance (5mm) with ? SMA syndrome, I was having some digestive issues in the past and was diagnosed with Pan Gastritis with h pylori +ve , to which I got treated, now I went to almost 5 doctors for SMA, A general surgeon, a colon surgeon, a cardio-vascular surgeon and to gastroenterologist as well, all said it is not an issue, some said if you are thin from the childhood which I am, I have being underweight from childhood, then it is no problem at all, but I googled about it and got worried seeing how rare it is, I found some articles on it, so I thought to write it to you, any suggestions would be appreciated. My current symptoms are. 1. Burping 2. Early satiety 3. General abdominal discomfort 4. Reflux 5. Fatigue and weakness. 6. Rumbling noises in abdomen 7. Irregular bowel movements. Thank You.
