Is Delayed Period A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had my last menstration on december 4 and i supposed to have this january 4 but until now i havent yet ..on december 22 ,there is a smooth slightly red jelly i saw in my undies i thought i was having an early menstration but its stop after an hour . Is that a sign that im pregnant ?? Thanks
