Is Delaying Period Safe While Having Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome?

I know you can delay your period while on the mini pill by doubling your dose starting 4-5 days prior to the start of your period and continuing to do so until you are ready to have it, but is this safe to do if you have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome?? I only need to delay my period for a few days, so I won t need to take the double dose for long. What are your thoughts, and if it s not safe, how else can I delay my period if I cannot take the normal BC pill since I have anti phospholipid syndrome??
