Is Derma Roller Effective For Acne Treatment?

Dear Sir

My dermatologist suggested derma-roller for treating acne pits. This costs 6500 for 1 sitting. Is this very costly ? Can u let me know whether it be effective or not ? Also it would be great if you can suggest some hospitals in chennai which is cost effective for this treatment.
