Is Dermal Rolling Beneficial While On Isotretinoin?

I was just wondering whether it is safe to have dermal rolling done, whilst on Isotretinoin (Isotane/Accutane?)? I am on a low dose - 10mg 3x week. It was suggested to me by a nurse who works with botox, fillers, etc, that dermal rolling would be beneficial.. But I am not sure. Any insights would be most appreciated! Trina
