Is Dialysis Necessary While On Cudo Forte For High Creatinine Levels?

My father s creatinine level is 7.3 and now the doctor has suggested to give cudo forte and has also said to be prepared for dialysis. Does he needs to go for dialysis even after taking this medicine as his age is 74 and weight is 54 kg, height is 5.9 feet. He is very weak and has hypertension so we are afraid of going for dialysis
