Is Diarrhea And Rectal Bleeding Due To Both Stomach Flu And Influenza?

diagnosed with sinusitis Jan 22nd; finished Augmentin antibiotic yesterday. Had to go back to Nurse Pract. today and received dx of Flu type A. Came home and have been having really loose (almost diahretic) stools with small amounts of blood. Have not eat much today. Could it be possible to have stomach flu and Influenza type A at the same time? Or should I seek ER help or visit doc again (4th time since Jan 22) tomorrow.
