Is Difficulty In Taking A Deep Breath Due To Barrett's Syndrome?

I have been diagnosed with barrett's. I am currently having problems with deep breathing (constanly yawning). I have had echo and ct scan and everything good. No stress or asthma. Could this be related to my barrett's? My gi doc doesn't have any answers.
