Is Dizziness With Headache Common Post Knee Surgery?

Hi, I had knee surgery over 2 weeks ago. Ever since then I've been getting hot flashes and I get a really bad headache, and sometimes i get dizzy. The way I feel is the way I felt the day after surgery because of the anesthsia and how it made me feel the same way. I have to always sit down and drink cold water. Could this still be from the anesthesia?
