Is Doing Strenuous Physical Activity Safe After Hysterectomy?

Should I go back to working construction after I had a full hystorectomy in 07? For the last 5 years I have had a desk job not requiring me to lift more than 25 lbs only once in a while. Prior I worked construction where I was required to lift 50 lbs frequently and push or pull 150 lbs. I am 45 years old, 5'2'', weigh 130 lbs and when I try to move a 40 lb dog food I wet myself.
