Is Ear Heaviness, Popping, Crackles, Hearing Difficulties Due To Fluid Or Wax?

i have a tube in my left year and all day my left ear has felt heavy and it pops and cracles off and on all day today it pops and i can hear better and it pops again and it is harder to ear. Do I have more fluid i my ear? Do you think that i have wax blocking the tube?
