Is Eczema Associated With Patches On Face?

hi, im 20, 5ft 2 and weigh around 8st. ive had eczema for years, and its always affected my face but not seriously. A few days ago a few small slighlty raised red patches on my face and a small red circle appeared which ive never had before. they are not itchy or irritating. is this eczema or something else?
