Is Ejaculation The Day After Orchiopexy For Testicular Torsion Harmful To Recovery?

Yesterday I had an orchiopexy after experiencing a torsion on my left testicle. The surgeons twisted it back into place and sewed them both to my scrotum, and is now recovering. However, today, the day after the surgery, I experienced an ejaculation which I am thinking might be an issue and could affect how my testicles recover. Is this an issue or is it insignificant?
