Is Electrolysis Suggested For Removal Of Blond Hairs?

Hi,I just had my first laser treatment 4 days ago. I had my entire face done. I've noticed after the 2nd day, the hairs on my chin have turned/become very light/white. I did have some gray hairs on my chin, but I don't recall that much. Is this from the laser treatment? And if so, will I need to use electrolysis to remove all the white/blond hairs? Thanks
