Is Endometrial Adenocarcinoma A Cause For Concern?

I am 51 years old and have been diagnosed with Endometrial Adenocarcinoma, endometroid type
Architectural grade 1, nuclear grade 1-2 (this is according to the lap report) from the endometrial biopsy.
I am scheduled to have a total hysterectomy Feb 3. I will also be having a PET Scan done this Wednesday and I am worried sick that I might have other areas of concern.
