Is Endometriosis And Cyst In The Ovary Be A Matter Of Concern?

I'm 26 years old, 5'7'', and 168lbs. I have 3 healthy daughters. I also have a 9cm "cyst or possible tumor" on my right ovary. I am having cramps that are not going away with over the counter medications. I'm also on my period and only bleeding when I use the restroom (i.e. not bleeding on pad inbetween trips to the bathroom). My transvaginal ultrasound also showed endometriosis. My mother had endometriosis in her mid-40s. Should I go to the ER?
