Is Enlarged Liver A Manifestation Of Liver Lupus?

I have an enlarged liver. all my enzymes are normal. I have skin lupus. Could this be a manistation of liver lupus? I have upper right quardrant swelling, Pressure, like having a ballon in my abd, also severe burning anterior and into my back. Also there are needle prickes of pain in this abd. area. Please advise as my GI DOCtor doesn t know what to think.
