Is Enlarged Uterus Curable?

Dear doctor, my mother is suffering a lot due yo the pain during periods. Recently we had a scan and the result is "uterus bulky in size (18x7.5x8.2cm). Endometrium appears norml. EMT 5.8mm. Cervix appears normal. MULTIPLE INTRA MURAL FIBROIDS NOTED, LARGEST MEASURING 6.7x 5.1cm in the anterior wall. Kindly let me know whether this is a seriious proble or can it be cured? Thank you
