Is Excess Skin Around The Vagina Normal To Occur?

hello this is embaressing but im worried about my vagina and if its healthy and normal because around my vagina opening there is excess skin that folds over it and covers it up so its not a clear hole also there is noticible holes in the skin like its breaking away
