Is Excessive Gas Trapped In The Region Of Chest May

Is excessive gas trapped in the region of chest may produce abnormal ECG.
Is it possible to have abnormal ECG (indicating MI) for continuous three years.
I am not feeling any discomfort in doing exercises, walking et. except having pain in the lower extremities and passing wind frequently. Please help me to know my queries.
