Is Extra Dose Of Contraceptive Advisable In Women Having Condom Stuck In Vagina?

I had a sex, and after I realised that the candom was left inside me. In the morning I drunk emergency contraception. After this I went to doctor to take off the candom, because I couldn t take it off by myself. Do I need drink emergency contraception else? Because I think that may be when doctor was taking off the candom , the sperm could leak inside me. I saw instruction, there was said that this pills just for one case. Maybe I need drink else?
