Is Fibroids, Related With Delay In Menses Flow With Back And Leg Pain?

Hi, I am 43 yr old. I am having pain in my left leg, left lower back, in anus for the last 5-6 days. My menstrual period is also irregular. Last period was on 1st Feb, which occurred after 45 days of the previous one. I have a history of endometriosis in my 20s. Of late I have been diagnosed with having fibroids. Could this recent pain be related to my fibroid problem. Pl. advice as to what should I do?
