Is Fluctuating Body Temperature A Menopausal Symptom?

I have a question about body temperature. I am having hot and cold body temperatures during the day. I have extreme chills one moment and hot the next moment. I am 60 years old and have expereinced some menapausal syptoms? What are your thoughts?????
