Is Flying Safe While Having Headache/soreness At The Back Of Head?

Last week I was hit by a car, and my head hit the pavement. I had pain and swelling at the back of my head. I did a CT scan in emergency and they told I suffered minor injuries and was released. I still get minor headaches and although the pain on the back is subsiding, I am still a bit sore at the back of my head. I am a flight attendant, and need to know when it will be safe for me to fly again? Will a week recouperation be enough?
