Is Fontanelle Depression In An Adult A Cause For Concern?

My husband has an indent in the top of his skull at the back where the Fontanelle would be in a baby. Its quite large, a few inches wide and long, and he has always had it. He calls it a double crown but I don t believe thats what it is called. Would it simply be that his fontanelle didn t close? Is it cause for concern? Cheers
