Is Forehead, Hands And Feet Itching Due To Miconazole?

My dermatologist gave me miconazole to treat the fungus on my forehead which she said is caused by dandruff. I used it twice daily and also on my scalp. After a week, the bumps on my face flattened and dried but i noticed itching on my hands and feet and then my body itched extremely. I went to see her after almost a month and she changed the cream to gentamycin but the parts on my forehead became red, raised and itchy. So she changed the cream again to miconazole but after a week of use, I am starting to itch on my hands and feet. But the parts on my forehead started to heal again.Is the itching because of the miconazole? Please I need to know because my derma doesnt think so.
