Is Frenuloplasty Needed For Pain And Small Tear In Frenulum While Having Sex?

Two weeks back when I was having intercourse I felt pain near frenulum and a minute tear (like a dot), I have done a lot of search in the internet relating to this issue and I see frenuloplasty as a solution for this. still I want your advise on my condition and if you think frenuloplasty is the solution then please suggest me an experienced doctor in Bangalore.
