Is Full Cream Advisable For A Child?

MY kids r 3.5 yrs I use amul full cream for my kids now tetra pack amul gold during traveling I wanna know how far this product s r good for health even I wanna know what can I add in milk eg horlicks, complain etc is this r good products right now I m giving plain milk so plz do help me...
