Is Further Action Needed For A Suspicious Lung Density, Or Is Surgery Necessary?

Hi,doc .I got my result XRay today and my result is ,a suspicious nodulohazy density is seen in the right upper lung overlying the 3rd right anterior intercostal space . The trachea is at Medline The heart is not enlarge The costophrenic sulci are intract The hemidiaphragams are smooth And the rest of the findings are unremarkable Is this serious Result ?.or Need surgery?
