Is Gianotti-crosti Syndrome Contagious?

My grgranddaughter has been diagnosed with gianotti crosti so I have been reading about it. Two questions: There seems to be inconsistencies about whether it is contagious or not. Also, I now have some concern regarding the viruses that cause it. Could she have hepititus or Epstein-Barr? Thanks for your answers. Well, you sucked me in. LOL!
