Is Hair Transplantation Advisable While Having Bald Areas On Scalp?

Hi doctor i am ganesh and i am 22yrs old male. My hair started to losing from the age of 16and i have already my temple hairs are gone. My family members everyone has bald and that bald areas are big. Is this possible to make hair transplantation for me because i too will have big bald areas
