Is Having RA While Being Treated For PCOD And Tubal Block Concerning?

my age 32 i had RA (but it is -ve) . i am freely doing all my works properly. now i am diagnosised with pcod and fallopia tubal bolck i am taking treatement for pcod and tubal block , my weight is 75 and my ht is 5"1 i am regulary dong excercises and taking good diet. i am bit scared of RA. can i hace children , will my kids will be healthy, will they get ra. plz suggest me. whether can i plan for kids or not.
