Is Having A Period After 2 Years Post Endometrial Ablation Normal?

I had the endometrial ablation 3 years ago and the last time I had my period was more than 2 years ago. This afternoon I felt some blood flowing, I have kind of heavy period and had some blood clot. I also have some pain on my lower abdomen. Is this normal. I m 52 years old
