Is Having A Second Child While Having Cervical Spondylosis Safe?

I am 29 going on 30 and was diagnosed with Cervical Spondylosis at the age of 25 and my first pregnancy at 27 was painful. As I get older I fear that a pregnancy would take a toll on me. Is there anything I can do , I really want to have another child.
