Is Having Brown Discharge During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and I hav a bicornuate uterus. I had bleeding and a big clot in d 6th week and the doctor has advised me with progesterone and bed rest..now im almost 8 weeks and bleeding has stopped but its been 4-5 days now that m having brown discharge-sometimes more,sometimes less.. please suggest -wat should I do?
