Is Having Dizziness And Irritation Post Concussion A Serious Cause For Concern?

My 18 year old daughter recieved a concussion a week and half ago went to emergency room and they deed a cat scan and conculed it was definelty a concussion since the incident she has had nose bleeds daily,dizziness and irrability. Should I take her back to the ER?
